Community Meeting Space

We exist to serve our community!

Opening our building to the community is more than just a way to be in service, it is why we are here.  Our mission isn’t to get everyone to think and act as we do.  We want to partner with folks who share our call to serve our neighbors near and far.

We do ask organizations to share the costs of maintaining our building and equipment. We’re able to offer discounts to groups meeting for extended periods of time.  Please call our office for more details.

    Hello,

My name is Sungho Lee and I am an elder at Christ Covenant Church of Seattle.

We are interested in leasing your beautiful church building for worship. Currently, we are renting a couple rooms from a community center for our worship services and we are looking into moving to a more appropriate space. We are a small church in congregation, but one that prays and strives to share God’s word and His will with others. Please note, we are a legitimate church, officially registered with the state government. A few years ago, we actually visited your space and spoke with Silvia about a lease but there was another church that was already leasing the space. We are wondering if your situation has changed?

I can be reached either through email at omc1616@hotmail.com or through phone at 206 697 9606.

    Thank you,
    Sung Ho Lee

    Hi,
I am part of an AA group that is going to loose our meeting space due to ownership changes. We meet Friday evenings, between 8-9pm, and were wondering if you’d have space we could use. Our group averages 20-30 people a meeting and would be able to provide rent for the space.
    Thank you!
