I will certainly see if there is any interest among our congregants. Unfortunately, many of our members live in retirement communities where hosting would not be an appropriate option. If there is interest, I will certainly get them connected with you.

That stands for North East Seattle Together, and we serve as a village in northeast Seattle providing help, support and community events to our members. I’m reaching out today to inquire if your congregation may be interested in volunteering opportunities in our community. If you are like many religious communities who encourage their members to reach out and help where they can, perhaps we can team up together.
Our members all live in NE Seattle and frequently need rides to various appointments. To serve our members, we rely on the help of volunteers to meet those needs. If your members are looking for ways to volunteer in their community helping their senior neighbors, we would love to hear back from you.
